in THE MAIN WALL
...participate in the Bureau of Workers' Compensation 15K medical only program? There are new reporting requirements being implemented by Medicare and Medicaid. Supposedly you have to "register" with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services by June 30.

I've tried to figure out how to do it and can't!!!! Has anyone in Ohio had any luck figuring this out?
