steel instantaneous electric water heater recently. Built in Arizona as I recall. It was displayed at the HomeBuilders Show this spring.
That and a stainless circ pump, bronze air purger, and a DHW (coated) expansion tank you could skip the HX and extra pump, etc.

epdm tubing
i have the 3/8 black epdm or solaroll tubing installed in gypcrete and want to use a hotpoint electric boiler. i've heard that this tubing clogs up and heat exchangers are necessary to prevent this. only non ferrous metals can be used. any experience with this?
thanks

yes
You do need a heat exchanger and a plan for an alternative heat emitters when the tube and connections do fail.0
