    I am looking for a vacation switch for a system control. Something unlike other switchs in the house. So to stay away confusion. Flip the switch and the move the heating curve slope down, simple as that. Any ideas...looked at Tekmar and did not see any options.

    You mean you need a reset control with setback?

    Or you need a switch to interface with.... what? If it's a teknet 4 system, the te479 to te481 user switches do this using scenes. If not, well... maybe a second reset controller and a toggle.. ;)

    another option is to have a single "kill stat" in the house. leave it set to 90 normally in a closet or something. going on vacation, set it to whatever, and when whatever is satisfied, it kills the system pump/zone valve demands. Or a switch enabling/disabling the "kill stat". That doesn't fix your reset curve of course.

    If this is Viessmann of course, they must have something?
