Cleaning EK-2000 oil fired combustion chamber

Should my combustion chamber be cleaned on my EK-2000 oil fired boiler every year even though the test performed on the boiler indicated that it was ok.

What test said combustion test was clean? Yes, it should be cleaned yearly, it is much easier to clean yearly then letting it sit and get hard in the chamber and heat exchanger.

by all means it should be serviced annually. The chamber should not be removed though. The converter surface cleaned yes. It's always best done by someone who knows them. If the pork chop is knocked out from under the chamber, the front collar can and probably will tear. Excellent choice in boiler by all means. peace

Doesn't EK call for a differential draft test, and if the two tests are within a certain parameter you don't have to open it up?
