Best angle for unglazed solar pool heater

Is there an ideal angle to place an unglazed solar pool heater? I have some flexibility here.

    facing S to SW

    at your latitude. Un-shaded for at least 6 hours between 10- 2 ideally. A cover makes a big difference about 80% of the loss is via evaporative loss.

    Thank you Hot Rod, I've printed off the link you gave and I'm Going to buy Tom's book. I've heard it referenced on here several times before by guys in the know (probably you!) so I'm sure there's a wealth of info in there too.
