Dan-high pressure steam

You may have already looked into this but I just mention it just in case you haven't run across it before. I used to built commercial boats and one of the first things we always did was determine what Coast Guard issues we would have to comply with before we planned anything. Since this is going on a commercial marine vessel you may want to contact the U.S. Coast Guard as they have a lot of regs. regarding suitable materials, piping and steam boilers etc. that you will have to satisfy.
Also on a commercial vessel if the weight distribution on the vessel has been substantially changed, you may have to get a naval architect do stability calculation and testing and sign off the changes.
Just don't want what sounds like a fun job to turn into a nightmare for you!

Process boiler w HP steam
Dan, I'm about to co-design a fish meal processing station for a marine vessel and I'm wondering if you can referr me a manufacturer of a high pressure steam boiler that could be used in a marine environment (400 ft. fishing vessel/processor) and have the following load:
The Total Steam needed to operate the plant is 3,650 lbs/ hour.
The operation steam pressure of the equipment has a maximum rating of 145 PSI. The normal operation pressure is 115 PSI.

Thanks...
There's a naval architect involved, and we're trying to sort through the regs.
