I guess I would need more info like the size (net) btu of boiler. This is the first step on determining how much flow is needed. Secondly, Total pump head will need to be checked, and lastly: Your boiler must be able to satisfy the total load with all zones calling. All this info can be obtained from B&G.com fairley easily. I believe that you may have found primary/secondary pipping to be more to your advantage.

looking at sizing pump for a hydro air system with three coils one coil is 107,000 btu and 50 feet from boiler and one coil is 58,900 and 80 feet from boiler and the third is 65,200 from boiler it is piped with 3/4 fosta pex and is two pipe supply return to each uint with their own control vale the boiler is a pv85wc-tbwn firing at 1.35 i don't if there is anything else you need to check all coil btus based on 180 deg water and at the highest pressure thanks for any help0
