Was wondering what wallies have installed these? any tips? I am more for high mass than low mass so was looking for some low mass input.

At 2 million btu/hr input, I haven't had occasion to use one yet! I wouldn't hesitate to once the right job comes along.

Ken have you used any of the smaller models like the kn6 or kn2 even?

I have three rAy boilers in service. One was flawless, until the manufacturers "upgrade" kit. The issues have now been resolved. The second gave so many problems, we eventually cut it out and replaced it with a new rAy. Zero problems since. The third is running on Lp and has been flawless since day one.

The second, even with all of the problems, the owner calculated his break even point to be oil @ $1.35/ gallon (oil was over $4. most of the season here). That rAy replaced twin oil boilers with a combined input of almost 500kbtu/hr. Complete payback in under two full years!
