Boiler condensate

that was installed a year or so ago. It is a Lochinvar Armor water heating boiler. It seems that it is not producing enough condensate. It is a 285K boiler that produces about one cup on condensate per hour. We called to ask if there was some setting that we could turn down the domestic temp production and really could not get an answer. It ran for an entire weekend from cold start and barely produced one gallon of condensate. The guy I helped out checked everything with a flue gas analyzer and it was running within specs, but it seems that I am missing something concerning programming. If anyone have any suggestions on programming or set-up please let me know. Thanks
