Storex Water Heaters

Is Storex out of business? I have two indirect heaters that are leaking. Both have lifetime warranties, and supply house said they closed up shop, and walked away from any warranties. Anyone have any information? thanks.

    think Storex was made by Diversified Heat Transfer,formerly Central Water Heater.They are still in business,moved from Long Island City to Ridgewood a number of years ago.
