Connecting to Prestige

Trying to call Triangle Tube today with no answer. Must be off because of Good Friday.

Does anyone know if it's possible to connect a laptop to their Prestige Excellence?

    I was told....

    2 years ago that they'd have SOMETHING out soon....

    But he also said that it would probably only be released to MFR's REPs.

    And he was a MFR's REp.

    I did hear back from the Regional Sales Mgr, Guy Woollard, and there is no way to do it at this time.

    Mark- if you're out there- have you installed the Excellence yet?

    It's totally possible...

    The W-M Ultra GasCom interface kit works perfectly on the Prestige and can be had for a very reasonable price. It does have a serial port interface and some notebooks don't have serial ports so you may need a 9 pin serial-USB adapter.

    Yes I did..

    back whilst employed by Advanced Hydronics, Inc. I liked the product, but found its control capability extremely limited.

    Had one odd ball situation associated with a power brown out/surge. Other than that, no problemos.
