Boiler Codes HG-600 & HG-700

I am installing a low pressure boiler and the state requires I follow what's in Section IV Article 6 and Article 7, specially HG-600 & HG-700, of the ASME boiler code.

I had Section IV but sent it back because it appeared to pretain only to the construction of boilers and not the installation.

At the time I didn't know about Article 7 / HG-600 & HG-700.

Now I need to know what they contain.

Does AMSE sell only HG-600 & HG-700 without needing to buy the whole Section IV? Section IV is a lot of money - $400.00.

Is there any technicial or public library that has the ASME boiler code?

Your help will be appricated.
