I'm having trouble finding a source for old style radiators, specifically 12" high by 36-42" wide. I need to add some in an old Victorian and Mrs. Customer demands they match the old ones.
Any help guys?

How about....
posting a picture of what you are trying to match. Maybe someone here can give you a lead.

Old Radiators
There are some old 'Cast Iron Radiators'on ebay. They look like old Aetna radiators. Good Luck0 -
Class act radiators
I'm sold on the Burnham "classic" I think there still cast in europe, but Burnham owns the company. They are the same casting styles as 100 + years ago.
I know there pricey but for a customer you won't have to worry about sandblasting, powdercoating or leaking.0 -
Check the scrap yards
Check out your scrap yards. In my area many people renovate and take the radiators out. The scrap yards have piles of them. You'll have to look threw them for what you want/need. It might be an option.0 -
