Honeywell & Beer

I have a job at a brewpub; the brewmaster uses a steam boiler for making his beer and the relief valve is popping off regularly, filling the boiler room with steam. The operating pressuretrol is a Honeywell P7810A 1004 and I suspect it's faulty (it's set at 12 psi with a 2 degree differential, subtractive I presume so it's supposed to bounce between 10 and 12) and the relief valve is set at 15 psi.

Soooooooo.....the pressuretrol is not your normal one that you see on steam heating systems; it's got line voltage going to it. I'd like to know what to replace it with, i.e. are these still made? If not, what replaces them.

TIA
