It will lower the DT yes, and slightly raise the output as the temperature-drop across its length is maintained at a higher level.<BR><BR>Dave

Will too much flow thru baseboard fin tube cut back on the output or just lower the Delta T.

look at a baseboard data sheet, they give output per ft for various average temperatures at 1 and 4 GPM -- the latter's just slightly higher than the former for the same temperature.
