need advice on IN6 Burnham steam. doing 3 " drop header. what is advantage if any to use two supply risers as opposed to one single riser which is mandated in piping diagram. thanks gents.

The advantage is

that the steam velocity as it leaves the boiler is cut in half. This further reduces the possibility of water getting up the risers.
