    My dad

    A big thank you to all of you who responded about my dad. I printed off the thread and showed it to the family and they were impressed with this organization and the thoughts and support of all who responded. Dad was a great guy and we laid him to rest yesterday. He will be missed but he let behind quite a legacy. There was a steady stream of people at the funeral home for over two hours, and letters and flower from those lives he touched through his work and his devotion to LL baseball and to Scouting.
    I just hope my brother and I can come close to filling his shoes someday.
