mixing baseboard with radiators

We recently installed a Buderus watermaker to an existing gas boiler with cast iron radiators. Our job works to perfection. The customer has one baseboard loop in her kitchen that is not working. someone connected the baseboard loop by removing the caps at the end of the 2-pipe reverse return system and sending it throught the baseboard. Also of interest is the fact that someone previously installed 3 separate self piercing bleeders on this BB loop. I am curious why it will not circulat or heat????

    how long a run?

    probabaly too much pressure drop through the BB... cast rads do not have much if any pressure drop. ..that is why they used them on gravty hot water heat. kpc
