Send an e-mail to the manufacturer so that you have the "official" position and are able to document it in writing. Make sure you tell them it is the Atlantic Ocean and it is salt water.

    I have a customer at the New Jersey shore area, less than a mile from the beach. They want to replace old CI boiler with a Trinity NIT 150c boiler. My question is whether air quality should be of any concern, along with water quality. This unit has a built in heat transfer plate
