And I see nothing that would cause it to have ghost flow.

I thought you'd determined the reason for the heat flow was a wiring issue.

What is your question?

    hey ME

    i don't have paint on this machine, so i hope this will do. and, i can't recall the exact order/locations of the mono supply/returns, or where they literally reversed the direction of the monos, but this is the basic layout

    in part, the wiring issue;

    and that's solved. but as you mentioned in your other post, the check placement on the 1" line vs the header would've solved the ghost problem. because, when i spent some time there watching the system, that 3/4" line/pump is almost constantly on due to very poor insulation, lots of glass, a leaky glass paned door, and with the stat 1' away from the door. so, the 3/4" return is constantly pushing hot water into the header, right next to the 1" return
  • I really think Mr. Vickers

    you should get someone in there that knows what they`re doing.
    Even by reading Tony`s postings in the other threads, you don`t!

    but if you knew the details

    from today's excursion with a weil rep, your post would expose you as the one who doesn't know what they're talking about. and nor does tony regarding that specific system vs a true primary/secondary

    and that m'man, was shineola
