Nancy and I will be there by mid afternoon, and as always are looking forward to it.

I got a message from Waco Wayne that he and the wife have to decline this year. Too bad. He brought some great home brew last year! Chris

My Mother in Law booked us a room on the beach in Daytona and then told us the wrong date. Turns out it was the same weekend as Ruthies fundraiser. Ack! Many apologies. I will miss the good food and good talk. I sent Ruthie my last 6 pack of Home made Chimay Red Ale for you guys to SHARE. When pouring, be sure to use 2 cups. I must have added too much sugar during the bottling phase and it's a bit foamy. It's still tasty and contains 10% alcohol so be careful out there.

Sorry that I will have to miss the Jerry Bash this year. I am down at BEAUTIFUL Ft Leonard Wood, MO until Mid-September learning about CBRN - Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Warfare!! Thank you Ruth but just got news it is going to have to be 2010 for me. I have to leave for the Boston area at 8 AM Saturday. I knew it was too good to be true that I had Saturday open. I may need to drop by another time. Thank you and I am hoping for a day lie we had over in Lee today for tommorrow for you.

THANK YOU ALL FOR COMING

My day was wonderful. Great to be with such great friends. And as usual every one helped with prep of the food and clean up afterward And mother, who will be 96 on the 20th held court at the table and then went to bed early and slept late this morning. Even though her memory is going she had a wonderful time with all of you.
What a way to have a party!
Even the weather cooperated until into the evening.
Hoping to see you all again soon and hope for another episode next year.

Nancy and I always have a wonderful time out in the boonies. It's quite a relaxed pace compared to the heavily populated and traffic ravaged coast.
