I am a hvac technician and I have a problem that nobody can figure out and the poor old chap has had no heat on and off for the last few weeks and I need help. It is a Bryant plus 90i propane hot air furnace...The rollout switch on the burner box trips randomly. I recently replaced all 5 burner tubes because they were distorted. I have checked the gas pressure in both low and high fire, both heat exchangers and the collector box are clear. Outside it almost smells like all the gas isnt burning and there is incomplete combustion. It is vented with 2" pvc with 2 90's and only a 10 foot run. Intake air is also being pulled from outside with 2" pvc. the furnace will run fine for a week then will kick out the rollout switch, reset the switch and it may run fine or it may kick it out on the next cycle you never know. Please Help
