Just finished this project last week .This project was a rental property with three apt. and high gas bill's at owner's expense .
We installed this unit w/ storage tank in closet with o/d reset . Owner now will have better control over wasted fuel usage due to tenants opening the windows with therm .set at 90* .Also got a nice rebate to boot .
