buderus oil boiler not running all time in cold location

in THE MAIN WALL
the people have there getaway home on dune rd they fire up boiler all ok then few days usuall out red light on box on push button runs again im guessing geled oil but did not conferm

    is the burner connected to a fresh air vent?cold air cold oil results are nuisance lock outs.if the oil tank is outside may need tank heater install.if it has fresh air vent try adjusting damper to allow some rooom air to heat air to burner.

    Have a qualified service tech check it out , it could be a number of things, including gelled oil.

    In my experience, Buderus boilers are esspecially finiky about factory specs. Make sure some tech didnt go all "willy nilly" during a tune up.

    Check for proper tube insertion depth, nozzle spec, air shutter, pump pressure, Z dimention, carlin gph plate, or turbulator settings.

    Make sure your tech is checking combustion with intruments.
