    Don't know Gary, don't know Rob. I'm more re-active than pro-active here. Didn't think I'd have such a nerve-ing affect on you, Rick. I don't have an agenda against you. You're tiraid on me had no un-nerving effect. Actually, you may not believe this, but, if we were to sit down over a few frosty one's, I'd bet we,d have a good time. But, you do have a "quicker" wit than I do, but, I might get you in the end. Alas, probably never to be. You have a lot of knowledge and insight. I just like poking at you, because you many times lead into a response to a post with, what I see as, a pre-conceived assumption-based critical question. It's a big world out there.

    This is a very broad based and valuable site. Much broader than the name of the site implies. I thank Dan for his indulgence with some of my frivolous posts. But sometimes I have fun. Most times I am reading and learning.

    There are at least 3 companies in Maine who are market positioned to function just as NRT does (including NRT). I don't have a clue precisely how they conduct their business, but can see how they provide a valuable service to the Industry. That's all.

    Marshall Tucker Band. Jed, that was another stab at sarcasm because it seems when I lend an insight I usually have you or Gary come in from left field. I have fun with this. This site can be educational or just down right funny. I choose to have as much fun as I can here and in life.

    I wasn't questioning if NRT was a good or valuable business, just think working for just labor cuts out half your profit and I questioned call back proceedures, that's all...
