    Evening All!Second floor is gutted,attic above 2nd floor is gutted and cathedraled with 2nd floor.All that space is now"livable" so,now ,what are the requirements for vapor barrier,insulation , and roof ventilation?Thank You! This is on Long Island N.Y.
