We have one big room that has 3 thermostats with 3 furnances.should i only have one of each?

THe only way
I would do that is if you used the thermostat to power a single throw triple pole relay. or remove 2 transformers and use one furnace as the master, replacing its transformer with say a 74VA, and the other 2 slaved to it.
The problkem is that you do not want the transformers from each furnace potentially backfeeding the circuit to the other 2 units essentially having a non stop demand. It can create an infinite "loop" situation.
on the plus side, using 3 stats allows the furnace to direct the heat to the required area and not create "hot spots" personnaly I would leave it0 -
