A company I previously worked for serviced them. After a couple of new installs, they quit selling them. Very particular to combustion set up and venting requirements.

    Anyone else work on AO Smith Genesis boilers GW300, Tim

    Man are they a pain in the neck. Just wondering what experience anyone here has with them. We have problems with burner tubes cracking, pressure switch on & off switching problems. All set up propperly, combustion, vent pressure, gas pressure etc. Just wunderin what y all think. Thanks in advance, Tim

    I worked on one today. I got lucky, it was a loose neutral on one of it's circuit boards.
