epoxy floor coating and radiant heat
Installed radiant heat in the concrete floor of my new garage. Not hooked up yet, just got the boiler. My question is will an epoxy floor coating effect the transfer of heat up through the concrete?0 -

Epoxy floor
I have an epoxy floor in my office. It doesn't seem to affect the output.0 -
Make sure...
Before applying the coating, make sure the floor heat has been commissioned for at least 2-3weeks to drive out any residual moisture in the slab. Turn the heat off 24-48 hrs before applying the epoxy, or it will flash too quickly.

properly designed
the surface of that slab should not get much warmer that with the sun shining on it.
You might quizz the manufacturer of the product you are considering to see if they have any temperature limitations.
