2 pipe hot-water system problems

I have been in this 2-story home since 1986. The heating system has worked fine. The only work done on the heating system was the replacement of the circulating pump. This heating season I noticed that 3 out of the 8 radiators were cool. I attempted to bleed the radiators. Water came out as a drip or a weak drinking fountain. My house faces north. The front door is on the east side of the house and opens up to the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. The first cool radiator is at the front door. The second cool radiator is aligned with the first but on the west side of the house. The third cool radiator is directly above the first radiator on the 2nd floor in the bathroom. I am a novice at this. Can anyone provide some advice?

    Start with

Start with the replacment circulator. You may need to have someone come in and add some tees and a guage so you can gain some info from a pump curve.
  • your new pump

Your new pump could be bad and make sure you yhave pressure on the system
