Sandblasting radiators?

Wouldn't that cause rust to build up on the surface almost immediately?

Anybody here have any luck sandblasting paint off radiators themselves?
I know a guy who does it professionally, but it's about $200 per radiator. Was thinking I'd maybe get a cheap camping tent and try blasting my own (inside the tent to contain everything) using a shop compressor. Anybody have any experience with this?

Radiators
I used paint remover and my Craftsman power washer.
Worked out great!

Sand Blasting
Sand Blasting uses massive amount of cubic feet of air. I don't know what size compressor you have. But you could be there all day waiting for it to build up.
Where I go to have stuff blasted is tomb stone makers. They use huge compressors and are all set up for heavy items. And if they are slow they can blast it right away.
There was an error rendering this rich post.

Rust
Nevaer had that problem Jason.
When I removed all the paint I immediately dried radiators off using compressed air (and lots of sun).
Sprayed with primer after that.
