radiant floor temp over shooting

I have a radiant system small 12 x 10 room. It is piped mixed injection, I am using a L 6006c to turn on my injection pump. I used wirsbo quick trac panels with a
501s slab sensor. Now i have min slab 68 and max slab 80 being on hardwood and my slab overshoots 80 and sytems shuts off. It will turn back on when slab goes below 80 and the room is not reaching temp. My delta t is 10 degrees and i am using 2 grundfos 3 speed pumps. My thoughts are the water is getting pushed to fast through the tubing and not giving off the proper transfer. Does anyone have an idea what im doing wrong?
