Suggestions for a new system.now ducted air through concrete fl

I am looking at a bungalow with a ducted air heating system and want to change it (obviously)but the floor is concrete. What systems could be easier than radiators powered by gas, I fear the floor will make heavy work of it.

You may be able to"Snake" the supply/Return lines (PEX) thru the old vent ducts to the rooms were the panel rads or a flooring system over the old floor can be installed.
I have done this before.0 -
Do you need a/c also. If not you may want to go overhead to
attic and cut swaths in wall cavities where you want a radiator and drops down at each location. Probably one swath per room will do you and that would not be too prohibitive. 2nd option, if a/c needed. Install a Mitsubishi,Fujitsu or Daikin VRF variable capacity heat pump. You can use in room ceiling mount air handlers or ducted air handlers. Very efficient and quiet units. Either way would be minimal impact.0
