Church job, replace large steamer w/ 2 modcon & 1 steam

This church had a single firebox firetube boiler in it, appx 1mil btu steam power burner. Old boiler heated original 1900 chapel and also heated heat exchanger in newer boiler room for 1960 newer chapel,meeting hall area, appx 70% of load for newer area. Pulled old steamer and heat exchanger. Put 2 modcons in for water side area and smaller steamer for old chapel. Flushed out really good on old system. They are getting appx 35% fuel savings. Came out really nice. Job done in Sept 08
fyi, fellowship is to insulate steam lines here in not too distand future.
