Zone Valve Replacement Question
I have a 20 year old White Rodgers Zone Valve that has died (13A01 or 13A03). No one seems to have the replacement head for this model so I think I want to cut the zone valve out and replace. Should I sweat a union to the pipe so If the valve fails I can remove without cutting the pipe?
I see that some Taco models have a replacement head. Are these any good? Do some last longer than others?0 -
Thank You
Thanks for the info. It was a Honeywell head and I replaced with the 8043 head. Thank you for your assistance.0 -

You should have sent me the pics and I would have told you I stock the replacement heads for the honeywells on my trucks. Is this one that i replaced for you? I hope everything is working ok now.
