Vent Damper acting up (Update)

support from Steamhead, Boiler Pro, Boilerguy and Charlie who responded to my questions on the Field Control stack damper that was acting up.
FYI, I seem to have fixed the intermittent non-operation by carefully re-positioning the wiring harness connection to the motor control receptacle. The connectors are not top quality (to Steamhead's point on Field Control quality) and the fastening method requires the installer to pay close attention to perfect and firm alignment, which did not happen in my case.
I did get good phone support from Field and found out that my unit, made in 2005, carries a five year warranty. The Tech, who services all returns, said 80% of all returns are "NTF" which is proof to me that the connection of the wiring harness could be improved.
We will see, if I have to exercise the warranty someday..............
Again, thanks for the help.
