Controlling boilers

I have a customer that has (2) Utica DV150 boilers. The returns come back into one boiler and then the pumps supply out of the second boiler. The piping is obviously incorrect. So I did a heatloss and with the building load, he only needs one of these boilers. However, it is a professional building and he would like to have them both piped so that only one operates to cover the load, but has the second in the case that there is a problem with the first. So which control would I use to stage these boilers ? There is no DHW on the boilers, only heat. I would like to alternate firing of the boilers.

2 boilers staged
What you are looking for is the Tekmar 261 control. It will cascade and rotate the two boilers which is a good thing. you don't want one boiler getting used up and the other idle for years. Below is the link to the info page.

Thanks Randy,
I read up on the Tekmar 261-2 control last night and found that to be the one. It the tech materials, it shows a pump on each boiler pumping into the primary loop. How is each pump controlled as there is only one pump output on the Tekmar 261 control ? Perhaps you can save me the call to Tekmar tomorrow.0 -
Usually the boiler pumps are controlled by the boiler. The tekmar closes the tt and the boilers work the pumps. The pump control on the Tekmar probably works the system pump.
I think.

I would use the 262.
The 262 gives you more options later in case you find you want to add a room temperature device or an indirect water heater.
Wire the pumps individually directly to the corresponding boiler's pump leads. On a call for heat, closing the boilers' thermostat contacts will energize the pumps through their factory-installed wiring.
