    Some hack installed a new heat pump, Payne, and had like 18# of

    refrigerant in it, triple charge sounds like. Only a yr old or less and never has worked. Just replying to someone online who is in NJ and has not had much luck. Sounds like may need new compressor and some various repairs. It was a replacement job and not botched full install is what I get.
