Furnace blower motor

I have a 15 year old Oneida Royal oil furnace in a house I use on the weekends -- last night the blower motor bearing seized on it. I had this motor replaced exactly two years ago by my regular oil company service department for the same problem. This is one of two heaters in the house -- both have service contracts on them -- but this Oneida blower is a 1/2 HP -- any motor over 1/3 hp is not covered by my contract. This I found out last time after it cost me $523.00 to have it replaced :( The other heater is an even older International and has required nothing other than its normal annual.
They put in a GE Cat number # 4708 model SKH39QN9401FT. I would rather install another motor and was wondering if there is a particular one people would recommend, and Is it normal for these to not have a capacitor start. I have the owners manual and 1/2 is the correct size
