steam pipe - quick replacement

Team, I am looking for a quick replacement idea for a leaking/rusted steam pipe run (1" & approx 15 ft) until a new system is installed in 4-6 weeks. Is there special hose that can withstand the steam heat temps?

quick fix?
unfortunately, the hose will not work, because of the need for condensate drainage. i have seen pipe repair clamps with a rubber gasket held around the pipe by a sort of radiator clamp. these might work-clean the pipe 1st and maybe put some silicone caulk on before the clamp. alternatively, 15 ft of 1 in. pipe would not take that long to replace.--nbc0 -
thanks!
my steam guy was reluctant to replace the rusted run - 'touch one thing in this 60 yr old and problems tend to cascade...' The pipe is rusted to the point of punky-ness. Ive reduced the leaking to a point by wraping the pipe w plastic. water/steam is indifferent to my fix so there is still some leakage.0
