waranty is with Heat master, not installer. installer might have a labor warranty, but if he is out of business, you might be stuck with labor part of bill

    Beckett heat manager fail?

It seems like the heat manager has seemed to have failed. Worked for a few months,.installed at the end of last season. Boiler works fine when you switch it to off.
The heating guy says it might be the sensor or the unit itself. Is there an easy way of checking which? (I don't think you can go to the local supply store and get a sensor.) Oil company installer last year is out of business...

How would you go about getting help on this if the installer is out of business?......

    Who does

Who now does your service? You should have someone you deal with and they should be able to get parts.

    Thank you guys,
I got a sensor and I'll try it.
as to why I think it failed, burner won't run with it switched on, when I change the switch it does. Printed out the trouble shoot from the site, I'll sit down and read it in the morning to see if I can glean anymore information.
