    i don't know about you guys but i'm not looking forward to it we are going bellow 0 with wind big time,been a few years. Doesn't help buisness just lights up the phones with people freaking out. "My house is only 66!!!!"
    "Mam we see you haven't had your furnace serviced in a couple years have you been changing the airfliter?"

    "filter??? you didn't tell me there was a filter!!! I never got the messages about servicing it you've got to come now!!!! I'm freezing and I'm sick,got little kids,elderly mother in law lives,and it's snowing!!!!! it's an emergency!!!!!!!

    and of course you know they won't want to pay.

    "Isn't under warranty?"

    I'm calling a Miami big ugly starting thursday!
