indirect water heater on a steam boiler

I would like some help with installing an indirect water heater on a steam boiler. which control do I need for the indirect to shut of at 180 when it calls for hot water so it does not make steam. also where is the best place to install the controls. Is there a piping and wiring diagram available to download and print?
