Getting a new Steam Boiler

At some point I want to replace the old (40+) Texaco oil fired tankless one pipe steam boiler in my house. I realize there are not a lot of options when it comes to steam systems. I want to convert to gas also. I am willing to pay for a high efficiency system. What would the best options be?
Thanks

Do a EDR . For higher efficiency use a power burner. Read and follow the instructions . Check the wet returns ,use a Vaporstat , vent the mains . Get a copy of The Lost Art Of Steam Heat and read it.
Good luck0
