Does this make sense?

I have a job, 1050 square foot, in concrete floor warming. They are going to put sleepers and plywood over the concrete. The contractor wants to get heat in the floor. I don't have the time to do it right now, the way I have it planned, but could hook up a Laing 6KW in less than a day to put some heat in it. He wants to get the moisture out of the slab. Problem is that there is no insulation so it is somewhat of a snow melt indoors. If we hit in the teens would that 20k btu keep it above freezing? Should I tell him to wait for the real thing in a week or so? The finished product will be a Solo 110 with a Smart 40 indirect.
TIA.

You could
do glycol. Concrete does not dry it cures. It will cure for ever. Why sleepers and plywood? What will the finished floor be made of?0
