Night School

I am interested in possibly attending your April 2nd night school in Kingston, NY. My question is, are these sessions geared more towards plumbing/heating professionals? I am not a professional, and very new to steam heating systems. I recently purchased an old home (1890) with a finnicky system that seems to be better at burning oil than heating the place. I ordered "We Got Steam Heat" and "The Lost Art of Steam Heating", so by the time the class rolls around I shouldn't be totally in the dark about what these systems entail. With this info under my belt would the class still be over my head?

I am also interested in talking to any good steam heating professionals in the central PA area about my system.
