I recently abandoned my 40 gal nat gas gravity vent WH when I installed my solar WH and boiler w/indirect.
I want to cut apart the water heater and display it at my shop so customers can take a gander.
Any ideas on how big a slice to remove and how to do it?

Slice of pie
don't know how big but somewhere around a quarter section.A grinder with a cut off wheel would work great. I take a 4.5 grinder with a 6" wheel put on my welding gloves and go for it.0
