I don't think you had permantly damaged the 335 or 336.
Until you get the EM10 from Buderus, I would take the AM 10 that came with the boiler and temp wire up all your zones valves to be open and by pass Tekmar althoghether try to wire the pumps up together also. Or buy a Taco zone relay.
Once you have the EM10 go back to Tekmar again.

Sorry , could not help you out more.

    Tekmar/Buderus

I should have seeked advice from my local Tekmar rep from the begining.
Anyways, the setup is this. On a new construction house I've installed a Buderus GB 142 propane fired modulating boiler together with a Tekmar tN4 relay system. Relays include 423 reset module, 336 zone manager (pumps), two 335 zone managers (zone valves), and two 440 mixing expansion modules.
The problem is, on the 335 zone managers, with every zone I hook up and run, it runs fine at first but within hours it fails, and that zones relay terminals don't work anymore, it's little green indicator light never shines. I believe I know why this is happening. The Tekmar 423 controls the modulating of mod/con boilers with dc power. For the 423 to be compatible with the ac current Buderus, you have to buy a Buderus EM10 control. I DID NOT KNOW THIS 3 DAYS AGO! Just wanting to get some heat running temporarily I hooked up Mod1 (dc) from Tekmar to the on/off terminal of the Buderus. Is this why my zones stop working? Have I perminantly damaged both 335 zone manager controls? Please help.
