    geothermal & self melting side walks ?

    I'm looking into building a house for my self and I'm interested in the latest tech for hvac,hot water , solarpower snow melting with I guess with a glycol loop off boiler radiant heating , steam rooms etc..Covering all the best and smartest tech for the home thanks Bobby

    Joining ASES is around 40 bucks and you will have access to all back issues, Well worth it.
    Start educating yourself on passive solar and home contruction and site planning. Then look at what the land that you build on will give you back. Wind, micro hydro turbine(if there is a creek)Good sun exposure,endless firewood. If you havent picked a site yet and you plan to buy land, Look for water, fast moving water or water with good elevation changes. With the right spot you will never have an energy bill again
