dan, can there be some sort of typical search strings to enable newbies to find threads pertaining to their particular problem? something more than "hammer" or "noise". another words some preset way to help them find relevant postings on certain problems [from present and archival material].

as i said before, some color change would be helpful. now if i make a reply to a thread, the color changes, as it would if someone else replies. an intermediate color would tell me whether the new post is just my reply, or a new one as well.

might also be agood idea to require users to revisit the wall, instead of reading subsequent posts in their e-mail. that way you can ensure they read some relevant adverts, and informational notices.--nbc
